AL Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach is growing and looking to add an experienced Heavy Line Technicians to our high-performing service team. If you are a skilled automotive technician with strong diagnostic abilities and experience handling complex engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability repairs, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and drivetrain concerns
  • Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures to identify and resolve vehicle issues
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations
  • Document repair orders and findings clearly and thoroughly
  • Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
  • Heavy line, engine, transmission, and drivability diagnostic experience required
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Ford experience preferred, but not required
  • ASE Certifications are a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship
