Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!Im Alpenrose Familux Resort unterstützt du als Assistant Bar Manager unseren Bar Manager bei der operativen Führung unseres Barbereichs. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du für erstklassige Getränke, herzlichen Service und unvergessliche Genussmomente für unsere Gäste. Dabei bist du selbst aktiv im Barservice tätig, übernimmst Verantwortung im Tagesgeschäft und trägst dazu bei, unsere Qualitätsstandards kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.Einige Deiner Aufgaben:- Unterstützung des Bar Managers bei der Gesamtorganisation des Barbereichs im Resort- Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie Präsenz an der Bar während der Servicezeiten- Sicherstellung eines professionellen, gleichbleibend hohen Gäste- und Serviceerlebnisses- Mitverantwortung für die Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Bar-Teams- Einhaltung und Kontrolle sämtlicher Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (inkl. HACCP)- Unterstützung bei der Dienstplanung, Arbeitszeitkontrolle und Urlaubskoordination- Überwachung von Lagerbeständen, Warenfluss, Bestellungen und effizientem Materialeinsatz- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Getränke- und Barkonzepte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem F&B-Management- Unterstützung bei Kostenkontrolle, wirtschaftlichem Arbeiten und Umsatzoptimierung- Aktiver Gästekontakt sowie professionelle Beratung und Betreuung an der Bar- Mitwirkung bei Schulungen zu Getränkekunde, Mixtechniken und Servicequalität- Unterstützung bei Events und Sonderaktionen- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Abläufen sowie Pflege eines strukturierten und hochwertigen BarumfeldsWas du mitbringst:- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder im Barbereich- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im professionellen Barservice, idealerweise in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Getränkekunde, Spirituosen und klassischen sowie modernen Mixtechniken- Kenntnisse im Bereich Wein, Cocktails und weiterer Getränkespezialitäten- Erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden oder in einer stellvertretenden Führungsposition von Vorteil- Verständnis für operative Abläufe, Warenwirtschaft und wirtschaftliches Arbeiten- Sicherer Umgang mit POS-Systemen; grundlegende MS-Office-Kenntnisse von Vorteil- Ausgeprägte Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit natürlicher Autorität, Empathie und hoher Serviceorientierung- Strukturierte, detailorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise- Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende anzuleiten, zu motivieren und als Vorbild zu agieren- Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten im Gäste- und Teamkontakt- Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Entscheidungsfreude - auch in lebhaften Servicezeiten- Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, neue Ideen einzubringen- Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil- Freude an operativer Präsenz, Teamarbeit und einem professionellen ErscheinungsbildWenn du bei den Familux Resorts arbeitest, bist du keine Nummer im System.
