What would you be doing:

  • Set up advertising campaign accounts by following established procedures and company guidelines.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks based on clear instructions and standard operating processes.
  • Handle data entry, record maintenance, and other assigned administrative support tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Verify account information and ensure all required details are correctly entered and updated.
  • Work independently while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with internal processes.
  • Monitor task progress and ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the required deadlines.
  • Communicate proactively regarding task updates, clarifications, or any issues encountered during account setup.
  • Support the team with other ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, virtual assistance, or account setup is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and standard procedures accurately.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly responsive and able to communicate effectively during working hours.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
