  • Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare management reports, financial dashboards and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Analyse revenue streams, operating costs, profitability and business performance across different business units.
  • Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business expansion, new product launches and strategic initiatives.

3. Financial Controls & Governance

  • Establish, review and strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, tax and financial reporting requirements across the Group's operating jurisdictions.
  • Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations and liquidity planning.
  • Monitor financial risks and implement appropriate control measures to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approval processes for payments, expenses, procurement and financial transactions.

4. Regulatory & Tax Compliance

  • Oversee corporate tax filings, GST reporting and other statutory financial obligations.
  • Support regulatory financial reporting and financial information submissions to relevant authorities where applicable.
  • Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure financial operations align with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the financial aspects of regulatory audits, licensing applications and ongoing regulatory obligations.

5. Business Partnering & Strategic Support

  • Partner with business heads and senior management to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
  • Evaluate the financial implications of new business initiatives, partnerships and investment opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, optimise resource allocation and strengthen financial performance.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the Finance function.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
