We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated Events and Sales Assistant to join our Cincinnati team and support both event operations and sales initiatives.

Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will play an important role in expanding Skillbridge Academy’s business relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.

You will connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, introduce relevant solutions, and help develop relationships that can lead to long-term partnerships.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building professional relationships, identifying opportunities, and working toward clear business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Connect with prospective clients and introduce Skillbridge Academy’s services.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and communicate appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct outreach and follow up with prospective business partners.
  • Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.
  • Assist with moving qualified opportunities through the business development process.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals.
  • Stay informed about company services, market opportunities, and client needs.
