Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to assist customers over the phone, answer questions, and help resolve routine service concerns. This role is suited to someone who listens carefully, communicates clearly, and remains composed in a busy call-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Identify customer needs and explain appropriate next steps.
  • Assist with routine questions, requests, and service concerns.
  • Transfer or escalate calls requiring additional assistance.
  • Record call details and maintain accurate customer interaction notes.
  • Make follow-up calls when required.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional telephone manner.
  • Follow established service procedures and quality expectations.
  • Communicate recurring customer issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clear verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Patient, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm during challenging conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions.
  • Previous call center, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
