Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing effective communication strategies that promote our organization’s mission, values, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. You will serve as the central point of contact for both internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms..

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans and strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for various platforms including press releases, newsletters, social media, and the company website.
  • Coordinate communication efforts between different departments to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and monitoring performance analytics.
  • Organize and support events, press conferences, and public outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools.
  • Experience with content management systems and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently as well as in a team.
