We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or professional looking to launch their career in project management. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project managers and teams by assisting with planning, scheduling, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate communication and activities among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all files are up to date.
  • Identify and report potential project risks and issues to management.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
