Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in New York, NY.

In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, introduce our services, understand their needs, and help identify solutions that provide genuine value. You will receive guidance and support while developing practical skills in sales, communication, customer engagement, negotiation, and relationship management.

This position is ideal for someone who is motivated by goals, enjoys communicating with people, and wants an opportunity to grow professionally in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Present and explain company services clearly and confidently.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
