Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH.

In this role, you will help coordinate and execute engaging events while ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly. From preparation to on-site coordination, you'll work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced, energetic environment where your ideas and contributions matter.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating company events and promotional activities.
  • Support event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain event schedules, materials, and logistical arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create positive guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve event objectives.
