Job Description

NextShining is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team in Washington, DC.

In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of engaging events while ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, organization, and coordination of company events and promotional activities.
  • Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Welcome attendees and provide professional, friendly assistance throughout events.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Coordinate event materials, schedules, and logistical requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with attendees, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Address on-site needs and help resolve unexpected challenges efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, and customer service.
