Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX.

In this role, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to business growth. You'll collaborate with team members across various projects, gain valuable hands-on knowledge of marketing operations, and play an important role in bringing fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives.
  • Support the development and organization of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful project execution.
  • Help coordinate marketing events, customer engagement initiatives, and promotional programs.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with day-to-day marketing operations.
