Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Production Assistant to join our growing team in Columbus, OH.

In this role, you will support daily production activities, coordinate materials, assist with branding projects, and help ensure that every deliverable meets our quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to develop valuable skills in production, operations, and brand execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation, assembly, and organization of branding and promotional materials.
  • Support daily production workflows to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Coordinate production supplies, materials, and equipment as needed.
  • Perform quality checks to maintain consistency and high production standards.
  • Collaborate with creative, operations, and project teams to meet production goals.
  • Help prepare materials for promotional campaigns, events, and brand activations.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe production workspaces.
  • Track production progress and communicate updates to team members.
  • Assist with packaging, inventory management, and order preparation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and operational organization.
