Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a personable and organized Public Relations Assistant to support public-facing communications, relationship-building activities, and promotional initiatives. This role is suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, communicating information clearly, and helping maintain a positive company image.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with public relations initiatives and brand awareness activities.
  • Help prepare informational materials for events and public-facing activities.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, visitors, and community members.
  • Support the coordination of presentations, promotional events, and outreach activities.
  • Help ensure information shared with the public is accurate and consistent.
  • Collect feedback from customer and community interactions.
  • Maintain organized records of outreach activities and related materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support communication and relationship-building goals.
