C Pro Food wächst rasant – auf das 2- bis 3-Fache des aktuellen Volumens. Als Warehouse Manager (m/w/d) in Loncin übernimmst Du die volle Verantwortung für das Tagesgeschäft und die Standortperformance, führst das Team und treibst die ERP-Einführung sowie den D2C-Hochlauf aktiv voran.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die End-to-end-Verantwortung für den Lagerbetrieb – von Wareneingang und Einlagerung über Kommissionierung und Verpackung bis zu Versand und Verladung.
  • Du führst und entwickelst die Team Leads sowie das gesamte Lagerteam (8–10 Mitarbeitende), inklusive Ziel- und Entwicklungsgesprächen, und baust eine belastbare Vertretungsstruktur auf.
  • Du steuerst und verbesserst die operativen KPIs: OTIF, Kommissionierleistung, Auftrags- und Bestandsgenauigkeit, Schadensquote und Flottenauslastung.
  • Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für Standortperformance und Wirtschaftlichkeit, inklusive Betriebskosten, Budget und Investitionen bis zu einer definierten Grenze.
  • Du treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung ERP-/WMS-gestützter Prozesse sowie den D2C-Hochlauf am Standort aktiv voran und erstellst sowie etablierst die dazugehörigen SOPs.
  • Du stellst Arbeitssicherheit und Compliance sicher (PSA, belgisches Arbeits- und Brandschutzrecht, EU-Futtermittelhygiene/HACCP) und koordinierst dich standortübergreifend mit Supply Chain Management, Einkauf, Finance, People & Organisation und IT.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige operative Erfahrung in der Führung eines Lagers oder einer Logistikoperation.
  • Fundiertes End-to-end-Prozesswissenüber Wareneingang, Intralogistik, Versand und Inventur sowie Sicherheit in Transportprozessen (CMR-Dokumentation, Tourenplanung, Speditionskoordination).
  • Erfahrungmit WMS und ERP-Systemen.
  • Strukturierte, leistungs- und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Klare Kommunikation unter Druck sowieErfahrungimVeränderungsmanagement in eingespielten Teams.
  • Französisch fließend (C1) und sehr gutes Englisch (B2).
