Finanzanalyst/\-in \& Consultant (M\&A) Hauptaufgaben: Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen und Unternehmenskennzahlen Erstellung von Financial Models sowie Unternehmensbewertungen (DCF, Multiples und Vergleichsanalysen) Durchführung von Financial Due Diligence Begleitung von M\&A\-Transaktionen (Buy\-Side und Sell\-Side) Erstellung von Term Sheets, Informationsmemoranden und Kundenberichten Analyse und Normalisierung von EBITDA Erstellung von Analysen, Präsentationen und finanzwirtschaftlichen Stellungnahmen Zusammenarbeit mit Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfern, Rechtsanwälten und Behörden Beratung von Kunden in den Bereichen Unternehmensfinanzierung, Unternehmensstrukturierung und Investitionsentscheidungen Teilnahme an Kunden\- und Geschäftsterminen in der Schweiz und im Ausland Stellenprofil: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master oder höher) in Finanzen, Banking oder Volkswirtschaft Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Finance, M\&A, Investment Banking, Financial Analysis, Valuation oder Financial Due Diligence Nachweisbare Erfahrung bei der Begleitung von M\&A\-Transaktionen Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Financial Modelling und Unternehmensbewertung Kenntnisse des Finanz\- und Regulierungsumfelds sind von Vorteil Deutsch auf Niveau C1 sowie Englisch auf Niveau B2; Spanisch und Russisch auf Niveau B2 sind von Vorteil Führerausweis Kategorie B Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Geschäftsreisen im In\- und Ausland Analytische, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kundenorientierung sowie einwandfreiem beruflichem Leumund jpida42331cjm jit0833jm jiy26jm
