Continuous Improvement

  • Research, analyze, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and support cost savings.
  • Proactively address issues and troubleshoot challenges before and during event execution.
  • Conduct pre-event and post-event evaluations and report outcomes, insights, and recommendations.

Leadership & Decision-Making

  • Assists with planning, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work to ensure quality standards are achieved.
  • Supports training efforts and may provide input regarding hiring, compensation, and performance-related decisions.
  • Operates with considerable independence and discretion in applying established best practices, standards, and guidelines.
  • Solves highly varied, complex, and often non-routine challenges requiring creativity, innovation, and sound judgment.
  • Makes recommendations that influence policies, procedures, and operational practices while working within ALSAC objectives and guidelines.

  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary to support events and key organizational priorities.
  • Driver’s License Required.

Preferred

  • Experience with Cvent and AutoCAD.
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification.
  • Additional event industry certifications are a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
