Sobre a Oportunidade

Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Farmácia com foco em OPME para atuar em um ambiente hospitalar/clínico dinâmico. Você terá um papel fundamental na organização, controle e abastecimento de materiais de alta complexidade (Órteses, Próteses e Materiais Especiais), garantindo que os procedimentos cirúrgicos e ambulatoriais ocorram com total segurança, precisão e conformidade com as solicitações médicas. Suas Principais Missões e Atividades:

  • Organização e Preparo: Agendar e organizar previamente todos os materiais necessários para a realização de procedimentos cirúrgicos e ambulatoriais.
  • Controle de Qualidade: Conferir rigorosamente os materiais antes de cada procedimento, assegurando total conformidade com as prescrições e solicitações médicas.
  • Controle de Estoque e Compras: Gerar ordens de compra e encaminhá-las aos fornecedores conforme a demanda; solicitar orçamentos de materiais OPME de acordo com a necessidade.
  • Gestão de Sistema e Faturamento: Realizar o lançamento correto dos materiais utilizados diretamente nas contas dos pacientes no sistema.
  • Rotinas Administrativas: Efetuar a entrada de notas fiscais no sistema, garantindo conformidade com os processos internos da instituição.
  • Auditoria: Participar ativamente dos inventários de estoque junto aos fornecedores, assegurando a máxima acuracidade das informações.

O Que Buscamos em Você (Requisitos):

  • Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo.
  • Experiência Técnica: É imprescindível ter experiência anterior comprovada com OPME (Órteses, Próteses e Materiais Especiais).
  • Ferramentas: Conhecimento prático no Pacote Office (Excel, Word, etc.) para controles e relatórios diários.
  • Perfil Comportamental: Alta atenção aos detalhes, senso de urgência, organização e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.

Jornada de Trabalho:

  • Escala: 12x36.
  • Horário: Das 07h00 às 19h00.
