Sobre a vaga: Estamos em busca de um Técnico de Manutenção Predial dedicado e proativo para garantir o pleno funcionamento e a segurança das nossas instalações. O profissional será peça-chave na conservação da nossa infraestrutura, atuando de forma preventiva e corretiva em sistemas elétricos, hidráulicos e de gases medicinais, assegurando um ambiente seguro e confortável para todos.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Manutenção Geral: Executar serviços de manutenção predial preventiva e corretiva, garantindo o perfeito funcionamento de equipamentos, materiais, dependências e maquinários da unidade.
  • Gases Medicinais: Monitorar os sistemas de gases medicinais, realizando solicitações de abastecimento e trocas de cilindros/centrais sempre que necessário.
  • Sistemas de Gás e Aquecimento: Realizar manutenção corretiva em sistemas de queimadores de gás e aquecimento solar, acompanhando de perto o abastecimento das centrais de GLP (Gás Liquefeito de Petróleo) e GN (Gás Natural).
  • Manutenção Hidráulica: Identificar e corrigir vazamentos, além de executar outras manutenções corretivas nos sistemas hidráulicos.
  • Manutenção Elétrica: Executar reparos e trocas de componentes elétricos da unidade, como lâmpadas, reatores, luminárias e tomadas.
  • Gestão de Fornecedores: Realizar interface com empresas parceiras, acompanhando a execução de serviços terceirizados e reparos gerais relacionados à infraestrutura.

O que você precisa ter (Requisitos)

  • Formação: Ensino Técnico completo em Elétrica, Eletrônica, Eletroeletrônica, Edificações ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência: Vivência comprovada em rotinas de manutenção predial, elétrica, hidráulica e mecânica.
  • Habilidades Extras: Conhecimento básico em pacote Office/informática para preenchimento de ordens de serviço e relatórios.
