Suas Principais Missões e Atividades:

  • Recrutamento e Seleção: Apoiar ativamente nos processos seletivos, realizando triagem de currículos, agendamento de entrevistas e mantendo contato próximo e humanizado com os candidatos.
  • Administração de Pessoal: Dar suporte direto nos processos de admissão, integração de novos colaboradores, controle de ponto, gestão de benefícios e demais demandas essenciais do departamento pessoal.
  • Organização e Rotina: Auxiliar nas rotinas administrativas diárias do setor de Recursos Humanos, garantindo a correta organização de documentos e a atualização constante das informações dos colaboradores.

O Que Buscamos em Você (Requisitos):

  • Escolaridade: Ensino médio completo ou ensino superior cursando em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento Técnico: Possuir conhecimento básico em rotinas de RH e/ou Departamento Pessoal.
  • Perfil Comportamental: Excelente comunicação, alto nível de organização, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa em equipe.
  • Diferencial: Experiência prévia na área será considerada um excelente diferencial!

Jornada de Trabalho:

  • Segunda a Sexta: Das 08h às 18h.
