Não é necessário ter experiência anterior em estacionamentos! Valorizamos profissionais com experiência em atendimento, comércio, serviços e atividades operacionais.

SUA MISSÃO NO DIA A DIA

Como Agente de Atendimento e Operações, você será responsável por orientar clientes e apoiar o funcionamento do estacionamento, garantindo uma experiência de atendimento cordial, organizada e segura.

Entre suas principais atividades:

  • Recepcionar clientes e prestar um atendimento cordial;
  • Orientar motoristas sobre os espaços disponíveis e a circulação no estacionamento;
  • Organizar e orientar o fluxo de veículos no pátio;
  • Auxiliar os clientes na localização de vagas;
  • Apoiar o controle de entrada e saída de veículos;
  • Zelar pela organização e sinalização do ambiente;
  • Identificar e comunicar situações que necessitem de atenção;
  • Registrar ocorrências quando necessário;
  • Cumprir os procedimentos internos da empresa;
  • Contribuir para a segurança e a qualidade do atendimento.

Importante: a função é voltada à orientação e organização do pátio, não envolvendo atividades de manobrista.

  • Residir no Tatuapé ou em regiões com fácil acesso ao local de trabalho.

Não exigimos experiência anterior em estacionamentos ou habilitação para dirigir.
