A BRZ Empreendimentos busca profissionais com perfil comercial para atuar em Caraguatatuba/SP na apresentação e venda de imóveis. Esta oportunidade também recebe pessoas de outras áreas de vendas que queiram iniciar uma trajetória no mercado imobiliário.

O que você fará

  • Atender pessoas interessadas na casa própria e entender suas necessidades;
  • Apresentar os empreendimentos e as condições comerciais disponíveis;
  • Conduzir negociações e acompanhar cada oportunidade até a conclusão;
  • Organizar contatos e retornos em ferramentas digitais e CRM;
  • Participar de plantões, visitas, ações comerciais e treinamentos.

Perfil procurado

Buscamos boa comunicação, escuta ativa, iniciativa, organização e interesse por vendas e relacionamento com clientes. Experiência em imóveis é bem-vinda, mas não obrigatória. Vivência em varejo, atendimento, consórcios, seguros, veículos e outras atividades comerciais também é relevante.

É necessário ter ensino médio completo para iniciar a formação em TTI. Não é preciso ter CRECI ao se candidatar.
