Nosso objetivo é proporcionar momentos inesquecíveis aos nossos hóspedes e clientes, e você será a peça-chave para garantir que toda a operação do restaurante funcione com perfeição, harmonia e alto padrão de qualidade.

Suas Principais Missões e Atividades:

  • Gestão da Experiência: Supervisionar ativamente todo o atendimento no restaurante, garantindo a satisfação e o encantamento dos hóspedes e clientes do início ao fim da refeição.
  • Liderança de Equipe: Coordenar, orientar e motivar a equipe de salão (garçons, cumins e recepcionistas), promovendo um ambiente de trabalho engajado e colaborativo.
  • Organização Operacional: Elaborar e gerenciar escalas de trabalho, distribuir as rotinas diárias e assegurar o cumprimento rigoroso dos padrões de serviço estabelecidos pelo restaurante.
  • Hospitalidade: Realizar a recepção calorosa dos clientes, gerenciar o mapa de reservas de forma inteligente e acompanhar o salão para garantir uma experiência de atendimento impecável.
  • Resolução de Conflitos: Atuar de forma proativa para antecipar necessidades e resolver eventuais contratempos com agilidade, empatia e cortesia.

O Que Buscamos em Você (Requisitos):

  • Escolaridade: Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência: Vivência prévia na função de Maître ou na liderança de equipes de salão será considerada um grande diferencial.
  • Comunicação: Excelente capacidade de se comunicar de forma clara, empática e objetiva com clientes e equipe.
  • Perfil Comportamental: Postura ética e profissional, com forte habilidade de liderança para inspirar o time.
  • Habilidades: Alto nível de organização, senso de responsabilidade, dinamismo e foco total na satisfação do cliente.

  • Horário a combinar (necessária disponibilidade compatível com as demandas do setor de hospitalidade e turismo).
