Local de Trabalho: São Paulo/SP

Salário: R$ 5.000,00 + Comissão

Jornada de Trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 09h às 19h (com flexibilidade).

Sobre a Oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) Supervisor(a) de SDR para liderar a equipe de pré-vendas de forma estratégica e focada em resultados. O objetivo é garantir a excelência operacional, promover o desenvolvimento contínuo dos colaboradores e assegurar o alcance das metas e indicadores da área comercial.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Liderar, desenvolver e engajar a equipe de SDRs (Sales Development Representatives), criando uma cultura de alta performance;
  • Planejar, organizar e distribuir as atividades da equipe para garantir produtividade e alcance de metas;
  • Monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) da equipe através de CRM e plataformas de atendimento;
  • Realizar reuniões de alinhamento, aplicar feedbacks individuais (1:1) e criar planos de desenvolvimento;
  • Identificar gargalos, propor oportunidades de melhoria e implementar ações para otimização do processo comercial;
  • Atuar ativamente na gestão de conflitos, resolução de problemas operacionais e tomada de decisão;
  • Trabalhar em parceria estratégica com outras áreas da empresa.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia comprovada com supervisão ou gestão de equipes comerciais (preferencialmente em operações de SDR, Inside Sales ou Pré-Vendas);
  • Experiência sólida e prática com sistemas de CRM;
  • Domínio na definição, acompanhamento e análise de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e gestão por métricas;
  • Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office, com domínio em Excel para elaboração de relatórios gerenciais;
  • Competências Comportamentais Exigidas: Liderança inspiradora com foco no desenvolvimento de pessoas, perfil analítico, visão de negócios, proatividade, senso de urgência e alta capacidade de resolução de conflitos.
