Sales Representative

AFI | Kansas City, MO Position Type: Full-Time Pay: Base Salary + Monthly Commission (Compensation Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday

Are you passionate about the fleet, commercial vehicle, or automotive industry? AFI is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our vehicle upfitting business. In this role, you'll build relationships with existing customers, develop new business opportunities, and help deliver customized solutions that meet the needs of fleet and commercial clients.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities within fleet and commercial vehicle markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners
  • Generate quotes and assist customers with identifying upfit solutions
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure successful project delivery
  • Track sales opportunities and customer interactions using CRM software
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates to management
  • Represent AFI at customer meetings, events, and industry functions as needed
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

What You Need

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, fleet, commercial, or industrial industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Highly motivated, organized, and self-directed
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of vehicle upfitting, fleet services, or commercial vehicles preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen
