💛 Sobre a vaga: 📍Remoto

Buscamos um(a) Analista Financeiro para fortalecer nossa gestão estratégica e operacional.

Nesta posição, você atuará de forma autônoma na interseção entre tesouraria, controladoria e contabilidade, garantindo a precisão das informações que guiam nossas tomadas de decisão. Além de conduzir o fluxo de caixa e os fechamentos mensais, você terá papel central na consolidação das demonstrações financeiras, no suporte a auditorias e na automação de processos para suportar o crescimento escalável da companhia.

💛 Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar as rotinas de Tesouraria, garantindo o controle diário de caixa, projeções de fluxo, gestão de liquidez e movimentações bancárias;
  • Administrar de ponta a ponta o processo de Contas a Pagar, executando desde a conferência documental até o acompanhamento de pagamentos nacionais e internacionais;
  • Realizar conciliações bancárias e financeiras rigorosas, assegurando a integridade e a consistência dos registros da companhia;
  • Conduzir as rotinas de fechamento financeiro mensal, realizando análises, validações de saldos e dando suporte direto às atividades de Controladoria;
  • Atuar em conjunto com a Contabilidade (externa) para garantir o correto registro das operações e a alta qualidade das demonstrações financeiras;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais (fluxo de caixa, posição financeira, indicadores) que traduzam os números em informações valiosas para apoiar a gestão;
  • Apoiar auditorias externas com agilidade e organização, preparando documentações, evidências e esclarecimentos técnicos;
  • Liderar iniciativas de automação e padronização dos processos financeiros, mapeando falhas e fortalecendo os controles internos da área.
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida em Tesouraria e Controladoria.
  • Vivência com fluxo de caixa, contas a pagar, conciliações, fechamento financeiro e demonstrações financeiras.
  • Inglês e Excel avançado.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado à resolução de problemas.
  • Capacidade de atuar em ambiente dinâmico, com múltiplas prioridades.
  • Desejável: Experiência em fintechs, instituições financeiras ou empresas de tecnologia e conhecimento em ERPs financeiros e ferramentas de automação.
