Estamos en búsqueda de un ADAS Program Manager para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico dentro de la industria automotriz. Este perfil será responsable de coordinar y liderar las actividades de desarrollo, validación e integración de funciones Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad, costo y tiempo a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida del programa.

El candidato ideal contará con experiencia en gestión de programas automotrices, desarrollo de software y sistemas embebidos, seguimiento de hitos de lanzamiento y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios dentro de entornos globales de ingeniería.

Actividades principales

  • Asegurar que los objetivos del programa en calidad, costo y tiempo sean definidos, comunicados y monitoreados durante todo el desarrollo.
  • Gestionar el avance de los programas de ADAS con equipos multidisciplinarios, consolidando información técnica y presentando estatus a los diferentes niveles de la organización.
  • Coordinar las actividades de desarrollo de acuerdo con los procesos de ingeniería y desarrollo de producto establecidos.
  • Dar seguimiento a los cronogramas del proyecto, identificando riesgos y asegurando el cumplimiento de los hitos del programa.
  • Liderar la planificación y ejecución de actividades de validación y pruebas en entornos SIL, MIL, HIL, VIL y vehículos prototipo.
  • Coordinar la validación de funciones y desempeño de sistemas ADAS para garantizar su liberación exitosa a producción.
  • Gestionar las actividades del programa desde la aprobación del proyecto hasta el lanzamiento y soporte posterior en ciclo de vida del producto.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos de desarrollo, gate reviews y objetivos de preparación del programa.
  • Coordinar revisiones con liderazgo, reuniones de seguimiento y presentaciones ejecutivas para la alta dirección.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Aeroespacial, Computación, Software o carrera afín.
  • 1 año de experiencia en gestión de programas o proyectos dentro de la industria automotriz.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo, integración y validación de sistemas electrónicos, software automotriz o funciones ADAS.
  • Conocimiento sólido del ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software (SDLC).
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos de ingeniería de sistemas, software, validación o pruebas.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de programas y mejores prácticas de desarrollo automotriz.
  • Experiencia en entornos de prueba SIL, MIL, HIL, VIL y validación en vehículo.
  • Conocimiento de integración de software, pruebas funcionales y automatización de pruebas.
  • Experiencia con metodologías Agile y Scrum.
