Estamos en búsqueda de un Structure & Quality Specialist (Body) para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico dentro de la industria automotriz. Este perfil será responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad del vehículo desde las fases de concepto hasta producción masiva, liderando actividades de seguimiento de KPIs, gestión de problemas, análisis de causa raíz y coordinación de acciones correctivas para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y el éxito de los lanzamientos.

El candidato ideal contará con experiencia en calidad automotriz, gestión de programas, solución de problemas complejos y coordinación de equipos multifuncionales dentro de entornos de manufactura y desarrollo de producto.

Actividades principales

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad del vehículo durante todas las etapas del programa, desde concepto hasta producción masiva.
  • Monitorear y reportar indicadores de calidad (KPIs), tendencias y pronósticos de desempeño para los diferentes hitos del proyecto.
  • Liderar el análisis, seguimiento y resolución de anomalías detectadas en planta, pruebas de desarrollo o vehículos en campo.
  • Coordinar actividades de análisis de causa raíz y la implementación de acciones preventivas y correctivas.
  • Representar la Voz del Cliente dentro de los equipos de plataforma y desarrollo de producto.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores de calidad de producto y proceso, incluyendo actividades APQP.
  • Evaluar y validar el impacto de cambios técnicos y modificaciones de ingeniería desde la perspectiva de calidad.
  • Coordinar actividades relacionadas con campañas, yard holds, retrofits y acciones de contención cuando sea necesario.
  • Trabajar de manera cercana con Ingeniería, Manufactura, Validación, Program Management y Calidad Planta para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Definir y mantener planes de calidad para programas y subsistemas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los entregables establecidos.
  • Promover la aplicación de lecciones aprendidas y mejores prácticas en nuevos programas de desarrollo.
  • Identificar riesgos de calidad, escalar desviaciones y liderar planes de mitigación.
  • Preparar y presentar reportes ejecutivos de calidad para los diferentes niveles de liderazgo.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a incrementar la calidad del producto y la satisfacción del cliente.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia en calidad automotriz, gestión de calidad de producto o calidad de programas.
  • Se buscan dos niveles de experiencia:
  • Mid-Level Engineer: 2 a 4 años de experiencia.
  • Advanced Engineer: 5 a 7 años de experiencia.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas y metodologías de calidad automotriz.
  • Experiencia en APQP, análisis de causa raíz y gestión de acciones correctivas.
  • Conocimiento de DFSS, FMEA y procesos de validación de producto.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos multifuncionales en entornos de desarrollo y manufactura.
  • Capacidad para gestionar riesgos, resolver problemas complejos y priorizar actividades.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento de KPIs y elaboración de reportes ejecutivos.
  • Conocimientos básicos de diseño de producto, integración de sistemas y procesos de manufactura.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
  • Capacidad para influir en equipos multidisciplinarios sin autoridad directa.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos o programas automotrices es deseable.
  • Inglés avanzado
