ALTEN México, empresa líder en ingeniería y consultoría tecnológica con más de 350 profesionales, busca un(a) Process Optimization Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo innovador. Trabajamos en proyectos tecnológicos para industrias como automotriz, energía, telecomunicaciones y más, ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas y de alta calidad a nuestros clientes.

En este rol, serás responsable de impulsar la optimización y el desempeño de procesos mediante el análisis de indicadores clave (KPIs), la gestión de reportes y dashboards, así como el seguimiento de actividades relacionadas con cambios técnicos, sourcing y desempeño operativo. Trabajarás en colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios para mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos, apoyar la toma de decisiones y contribuir a iniciativas de mejora continua.

Responsabilidades:

  • Definir, monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) para diversos procesos operativos.
  • Generar y dar seguimiento a reportes periódicos para evaluar el desempeño y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Desarrollar, mantener y optimizar dashboards de monitoreo y visualización de información.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora e implementar acciones para optimizar procesos y resultados.
  • Dar seguimiento a la gestión de cambios técnicos dentro de los procesos de producción.
  • Monitorear el desempeño de procesos relacionados con FAP 0 km y Field FAP.
  • Apoyar las actividades de PAB, Global Sourcing y Forward Sourcing mediante el análisis y seguimiento de información.
  • Identificar riesgos operativos y colaborar en la definición de acciones de mitigación.
  • Garantizar la trazabilidad, visibilidad y calidad de la información utilizada para la toma de decisiones.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas al cumplimiento de objetivos y estándares de desempeño.

Requirements

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería en Manufactura, Ingeniería de Procesos o carrera afín.
  • Requisitos indispensables
  • Experiencia en análisis y seguimiento de KPIs e indicadores de desempeño.
  • Conocimiento en elaboración y gestión de reportes ejecutivos y métricas operativas.
  • Experiencia en análisis de datos para la identificación de oportunidades de mejora de procesos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de visualización y seguimiento de información (Excel avanzado, Power BI, Tableau o similares).
  • Conocimiento en metodologías de mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples actividades y dar seguimiento a acciones con diferentes áreas.
  • Habilidad para analizar información, identificar riesgos y proponer acciones correctivas.
