¿Qué es?

Es un profesional especializado en el diseño, desarrollo y liberación de arneses eléctricos (conjuntos de cables, conectores y componentes) para sistemas de bajo voltaje (LV) y alto voltaje (HV) en aplicaciones industriales, especialmente en la industria automotriz. Su trabajo garantiza que los sistemas eléctricos sean seguros, eficientes y compatibles con los requisitos de manufactura y calidad.

¿Cómo lo hace?

Utiliza herramientas como Siemens Capital Essentials y CATIA para crear dibujos de manufactura 2D, listas de cables, definiciones de conectores y librerías de componentes.

Colabora con proveedores, fabricantes de contratos (CM) y equipos multifuncionales para asegurar que los diseños cumplan con estándares como IPC/WHMA-A-620, ISO 26262 y USCAR-21/USCAR-2.

Resuelve problemas técnicos durante la instalación, debugging y validación de arneses, asegurando que los sistemas funcionen correctamente en entornos reales.

Participa en procesos de APQP, PPAP y gestión de ECRs para garantizar la calidad y trazabilidad de los diseños.

Requirements

Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en diseño de arneses eléctricos (LV/HV), creación de dibujos de manufactura 2D, listas de cables, definiciones de conectores y librerías de componentes en Siemens Capital Essentials.

Herramientas: Dominio de CATIA V5/V6 (rutado 3D) y Siemens Capital Essentials (dibujos 2D, librerías de componentes, símbolos).

Conocimientos técnicos:

Interpretación de esquemas eléctricos lógicos y físicos.

Protocolos de comunicación CAN, LIN, SAE J1939.

Restricciones físicas: protección térmica, durabilidad a vibración, selección de materiales (plásticos, calibres de cobre).

Rutado de cables en interfaces dinámicas (cadenas portacables, radios de curvatura, alivio de tensión, separación LV/HV).

Procesos de calidad: APQP, PPAP, ECRs.

Gestión: Seguimiento de BOM, manejo de proveedores y experiencia en industrialización.
