Actualmente buscamos un(a) Ingeniero(a) de Diseño y Liberación de Componentes y Sistemas Automotrices (Design & Release Engineer) de nivel MID or ADVANCED para integrarse a nuestro equipo. En esta posición, será responsable de diseñar, desarrollar, validar y liberar componentes y sistemas vehiculares, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de funcionalidad, calidad, costo, manufacturabilidad y desempeño establecidos para cada programa.

Responsabilidades Principales:

El Design & Release Engineer será responsable de liderar el desarrollo técnico de componentes y sistemas desde la fase conceptual hasta el lanzamiento a producción.

  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para desarrollar soluciones técnicas que cumplan con los requerimientos funcionales y de integración del vehículo.
  • Traducir objetivos funcionales en especificaciones y requerimientos técnicos de diseño.
  • Desarrollar conceptos de ingeniería, estudios de factibilidad y análisis de alternativas de diseño.
  • Diseñar, desarrollar y liberar componentes y sistemas automotrices.
  • Crear y mantener modelos CAD, dibujos 2D y documentación de ingeniería.
  • Coordinar la integración entre componentes y sistemas para asegurar la compatibilidad a nivel vehículo.
  • Liderar actividades de DFMEA, DVP&R y validación de diseño.
  • Gestionar proveedores Tier 1 y asegurar el cumplimiento de entregables técnicos y de programa.
  • Coordinar actividades de cambio de ingeniería y gestión de configuraciones.
  • Dar soporte a builds de prototipos, preproducción y lanzamiento.
  • Realizar análisis de costo, peso, calidad y manufacturabilidad para optimizar el producto.
  • Coordinar la resolución de problemas identificados durante validaciones, builds y producción.
  • Participar en actividades de benchmarking y evaluación de tecnologías competitivas.
  • Presentar avances, riesgos y planes de acción a equipos técnicos y de liderazgo.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño, calidad y cumplimiento de hitos del programa.

Requirements

Requisitos del Puesto:

  • Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Computacional o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia de 3 a 8 años en diseño, desarrollo o liberación de componentes y sistemas automotrices.
  • Experiencia en procesos de desarrollo de producto y lanzamientos automotrices.
  • Conocimiento sólido de DFMEA, DVP&R, validación de diseño y resolución de problemas.
  • Experiencia trabajando con proveedores Tier 1 y equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Conocimiento de GD&T e interpretación de planos de ingeniería.
  • Experiencia con procesos de manufactura como inyección de plástico, fundición, estampado o ensamble automotriz.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo técnico.
  • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).

Herramientas y Licencias Requeridas:

  • NX, CATIA o herramientas CAD equivalentes.
  • Teamcenter o sistemas PLM similares.
  • DFMEA, PFMEA y DVP&R.
  • GD&T y tolerancias geométricas.
  • Gestión de cambios de ingeniería (ECR, ECO, CN, CCD, ICD).
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word y Outlook).
  • Metodologías de resolución de problemas (8D, 5 Why's, DFSS).
