Actualmente buscamos un(a) Ingeniero(a) CAE especializado en análisis estructural para evaluar la integridad, resistencia y durabilidad de componentes de frenado en aplicaciones automotrices. Este rol es esencial para garantizar la seguridad y el rendimiento de los sistemas.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Realizar análisis estructurales estáticos y dinámicos de componentes de frenado, incluyendo:
  • Evaluación de integridad estructural y comportamiento bajo cargas.
  • Análisis de esfuerzo, deformación, fatiga y durabilidad.
  • Cálculo de torque y pretensión en sujetadores (ej: apriete de tornillos).
  • Identificar modos de falla y causas raíz en sistemas de frenado.
  • Desarrollar metodologías CAE para evaluar el comportamiento de materiales y ensambles.
  • Colaborar con equipos de diseño para proponer mejoras en la resistencia, rigidez y vida útil de componentes.
  • Generar reportes técnicos con resultados de simulaciones y recomendaciones.

Requirements

  • Requisitos
  • Licenciatura: Ingeniería Mecánica, Aeroespacial o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia: Más de 5 años en análisis estructural, mecánica de sólidos y fatiga en la industria automotriz.
  • Conocimientos técnicos:
  • Mecánica de sólidos, análisis de esfuerzo y deformación.
  • Modelado de materiales (plasticidad, comportamiento no lineal).
  • Generación de mallas de alta calidad (Hexa-Penta).
  • Análisis de contacto y comportamiento en ensambles multi-cuerpo.
  • Herramientas: Dominio de ANSYS, ANSA, Hypermesh, Hyperview, ABAQUS y CATIA.
  • Habilidades blandas: Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios y presentar resultados técnicos.
  • Idioma: Dominio avanzado del inglés (hablado, leído y escrito).
  • Calificaciones Deseables
  • Experiencia en análisis de fatiga en componentes críticos de frenado.
  • Conocimiento de normativas de seguridad vehicular (ej: FMVSS).
  • Familiaridad con procesos de manufactura y su impacto en el diseño estructural.
