Estamos buscando un Body Exterior Quality Engineer - Jr para unirse a nuestro dinámico equipo. En esta posición, serás responsable de supervisar los aspectos de calidad de los componentes exteriores de carrocería para aplicaciones automotrices, asegurando el cumplimiento tanto de las especificaciones del cliente como de los requisitos normativos.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Implementar acciones para mejorar el Costo Por Unidad (CPU) y el gasto en garantías para los sistemas de Exteriores de Carrocería.
  • Rastrear y analizar datos de calidad para identificar y atender problemas de alto impacto.
  • Liderar y monitorear acciones de Total Value Management (TVM) para la reducción de costos y mejora de procesos.
  • Supervisar las pruebas de validación para todas las iniciativas de reducción de costos relacionadas con los sistemas de Exteriores de Carrocería.
  • Garantizar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de manufactura para las ideas de calidad aplicadas a Exteriores de Carrocería.
  • Monitorear y reportar métricas clave como el Costo Por Unidad (CPU) y Reparaciones por cada 1000 unidades (R/1000).
  • Validar que todas las iniciativas de mejora de calidad cumplan con los estándares de la empresa y de la industria.
  • Crear y gestionar informes de estado completos sobre todos los proyectos de calidad.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial o un campo relacionado.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en ingeniería de calidad automotriz, específicamente en sistemas de Exteriores de Carrocería (Body Exterior).
  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas de reducción de costos y mejora en garantías.
  • Dominio de Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad (QMS) y principios de Manufactura Esbelta (Lean Manufacturing).
  • Experiencia con Total Value Management (TVM) y metodologías de optimización de costos.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en pruebas de validación y procesos de manufactura.
  • Familiaridad con estándares de calidad automotriz (por ejemplo, ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
  • Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos (por ejemplo, Excel, Minitab o equivalentes).
  • Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y análisis.
  • Fuertes capacidades de comunicación y colaboración con equipos multifuncionales.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y priorizar tareas de manera efectiva.
  • VISA y pasaporte vigentes (indispensable)
  • Inglés avanzado (indispensable)
