Actualmente estamos buscando un Gerente de Licitaciones (BID Manager) para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Querétaro, México | Modalidad híbrida

En esta posición, serás responsable de liderar y coordinar el proceso integral de gestión de licitaciones y propuestas para nuestras unidades de negocio estratégicas en Estados Unidos y México, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con Business Managers, Dirección Técnica y equipos multidisciplinarios.

Esta es una excelente oportunidad para un profesional que busca desarrollar sus habilidades comerciales, estratégicas y de coordinación de proyectos dentro de un entorno internacional.

Requirements

  • Coordinar el proceso integral de licitaciones y propuestas comerciales.
  • Apoyar en la preparación y gestión de oportunidades RFI/RFP.
  • Colaborar con Business Managers, Dirección Técnica y otras áreas involucradas para desarrollar propuestas competitivas.
  • Coordinar la recopilación de información técnica y comercial, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos internos.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Apoyar las actividades de desarrollo de negocio y prospección estratégica.
  • Promover buenas prácticas y la mejora continua en la gestión de licitaciones.

Requisitos y experiencia:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Gestión Empresarial o carrera afín.
  • Aproximadamente 2 años de experiencia en gestión de licitaciones, coordinación de propuestas, gestión de proyectos, operaciones comerciales o áreas relacionadas.
  • Habilidades de organización, comunicación y coordinación.
  • Visión comercial y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples actividades y colaborar con equipos internacionales.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office.
  • Nivel de inglés conversacional o avanzado para la comunicación con equipos internacionales.
