Description du poste

Dans le cadre de notre croissance dans le domaine aéronautique, nous recherchons un ou une Ingénieur.e certification - secteur Ferroviaire (H/F).

Vous serez responsable de la définition, du pilotage et de l’exécution du plan de certification et d’autorisation pour un ou plusieurs produits ferroviaires, afin d’obtenir et maintenir les certifications et autorisations réglementaires nécessaires.

A ce titre vos missions seront :

  • Participer à la stratégie de la Certification & Autorisation du ou des projets, incluant qualité, planning, budget, en cohérence avec le plan projet.
  • Élaborer et piloter le plan de management Certification & Authorisation, depuis l’exécution jusqu’à la fin de garantie (ou dès la phase d’appel d’offres si nécessaire).
  • Mener l’ensemble du processus de certification jusqu’à l’obtention des autorisations réglementaires pour la mise sur le marché (type vehicle certification / authorisation).
  • Suivre et reporter les KPI liés au projet selon le cycle de revue projet.
  • Obtenir les autorisations nécessaires pour les essais sur voies ouvertes / réseau public.
  • Gérer le référentiel réglementaire du projet (TSI, règles nationales…), et accompagner les équipes engineering pour garantir la bonne compréhension des exigences.
  • Piloter, avec les achats, le choix des organismes indépendants (NoBo, DeBo…).
  • Planifier et consolider tous les documents de preuve destinés aux évaluateurs indépendants et autorités.
  • Accompagner les équipes projet dans la définition des éléments de preuve, et garantir leur conformité avant transmission.
  • Maintenir une relation fluide via des points réguliers avec les organismes indépendants et autorités.
  • Assurer une veille réglementaire et communiquer les évolutions de normes.
  • Gérer les modifications et configurations des produits certifiés jusqu'à la fin de garantie.

Qualifications

Diplômé(e) d une école d ingénieur ou d'un master, vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience de 5ans dans un environnement industriel contraint (nucléaire, hydrogène, pharmaceutique) avec gestion de projet.

Les qualifications attendues sont les suivantes :

  • Bonnes connaissances générales des véhicules ferroviaires.
  • Compréhension de la sécurité fonctionnelle, des processus de validation et des normes.
  • Forte capacité à communiquer et coordonner avec de multiples parties prenantes.
  • Capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes techniques.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’anticipation, prise de décision.
  • Autonomie, curiosité, esprit d’équipe.
  • Ouverture d’esprit et aisance pour monter en compétences sur de nouveaux sujets.
  • Mobilité pour déplacements ponctuels selon les besoins projet.
