Der Bereich Alter und Pflege der Stadt Winterthur bietet in den fünf Alterszentren sowie mit der Spitex ein vielfältiges Dienstleistungsangebot für die Bevölkerung der Stadt Winterthur an.

Für unsere Langzeitpflege im Alterszentrum Rosental, welches 107 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner ein gepflegtes Zuhause bietet, suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung für die alterspsychiaterische Wohngruppe eine engagierte, kommunikative und erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit.

Leiter:in Wohngruppe im alterspsychiatrischen Bereich, 80 - 90%

Aufgabe

  • Operative Leitung und eigenverantwortliche Organisation der Wohngruppe
  • Sicherstellen einer fachgerechten Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Verantwortung für die personelle und fachliche Führung des Pflege- und Betreuungsteams
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit u.a. mit dem medizinischen Dienst, den Therapien, der Pflegexpertin, der Kundenberatung und Hotellerie
  • Verantwortung für die RAI-Einstufung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Richtlinien

Profil

  • Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF /FH mit Managementweiterbildung oder Bereitschaft dazu
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im alterspsychiatrischen Bereich ist eine Bedingung
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in der direkten Betreuung und Pflege
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, RAI sowie PEP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil) sowie stilsicheres Deutsch
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit einer hohen Verbindlichkeit
  • Grosse Selbstständigkeit, Offenheit für Veränderungsprozesse
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes Denken mit analytischen Fähigkeiten
