Die Stiftung Alters\- und Pflegeheime Binningen, bestehend aus den beiden Zentren Schlossacker und Langmatten, ist eine moderne, bewohnerzentrierte und innovative Dienstleisterin in den Bereichen Geriatrie, Demenzpflege und Gerontopsychiatrie mit 175 Pflegeplätzen. Bei uns erhalten Menschen eine qualifizierte und umfassende Pflege und Betreuungsangebot. Dafür sorgen über 200 engagierte und motivierte Mitarbeitende aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen.

Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung für unseren Empfang übernimmt. Du magst den Kontakt mit Menschen und behältst den Überblick, wenn das Telefon klingelt, Besuch eintrifft und Fragen auftauchen? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen und an unserem Empfang willkommen zu heissen.

Hier bist du mittendrin • Du empfängst Bewohnende, Angehörige, Gäste und Mitarbeitende und repräsentierst unsere Stiftung als erste Ansprechperson. • Du nimmst Anliegen entgegen und leitest Informationen gezielt an die zuständigen Stellen weiter. • Du organisierst den Empfangsalltag und erledigst administrative Aufgaben – selbstständig und im Austausch mit dem Team. • Du koordinierst die Einsatzplanung am Empfang und unterstützt bei Bedarf andere administrative Bereiche. • Du bringst Frische Ideen ein und ergreifst die Initiative, um Abläufe zu vereinfachen und zu verbessern und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erhöhen.

Das bringst du mit • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst Berufserfahrung mit. Erfahrung am Empfang oder im Kundenkontakt sind von Vorteil. • Du bringst Empathie, “Pep” und echtes Interesse an Menschen in unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen mit. • Du trittst offen und freundlich auf und findest auch in lebhaften Situationen den richtigen Ton. • Du denkst vernetzt und vorausschauend, erkennst Bedürfnisse und setzt Prioritäten mit Augenmass. • Du arbeitest zuverlässig und flexibel, kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und bist mit gängigen IT\-Anwendungen vertraut.
