Das Alters- und Pflegezentrum Herrenbergli, als typisches Zürcher Quartier- und Alterszentrum, ist offen für 97 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner. Schwerpunkt unserer Institution ist die Langzeitpflege mit vier Stationen einschliesslich Zimmer für temporäre Aufenthalte. Knapp einhundert qualifizierte Mitarbeitende aus den Bereichen Pflege und Betreuung, Aktivierung, Hotellerie, Küche, Service, Haustechnik und Verwaltung setzen sich mit Freude und Engagement dafür ein, dass sich unsere Bewohnenden im Herrenbergli wohl fühlen.

Wir suchen per 1. Februar 2027 eine engagierte, kreative und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft fürs Kochen!

In dieser Aufgabe übernehmen Sie: • die Tagesverantwortung und die Unterstützung bei der Menüplanung und Warenbestellung • Mise en Place für kalte und warme Küche • die Zubereitung aller Mahlzeiten für Bewohnende, Mitarbeitende sowie Gäste • das Anrichten der Menüs auf den einzelnen Abteilungen • die Mithilfe bei Einführung und Umsetzung von Neuerungen im eigenen Bereich • die Teilnahme an Fach-, Teamsitzung und täglichen Rapporte

Sie verfügen über: • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin EFZ (zwingende Voraussetzung) • Empathie und Verständnis für alte Menschen • Kreativität, Teamgeist und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Flexibilität • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift / PC-Kenntnisse, von Vorteil • Bereitschaft zu Arbeitseinsätzen an Wochentagen sowie Wochenenden/Feiertagen
