Wir sind ein familiäres Alters- und Pflegezentrum (APZ) im Zürcher Weinland mit 59 Betten. Wir setzen uns gezielt für eine hohe, individuelle Wohn- und Lebensqualität unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner ein. Die persönliche Entfaltung der Mitarbeitenden ist uns wichtig.

Das APZ Stammertal ist ein öffentlich-rechtliches Dienstleistungsunternehmen. Wir sind zertifiziert nach ISO 9001: 2015. Wir sind ein Ausbildungsbetrieb für zahlreiche Berufe. In den letzten Jahren haben wir uns zu einem Zentrum entwickelt und bieten Plattform für verschiedene Dienstleistungen. Wir engagieren uns in der Branche in den Bereichen Alter, Gesundheit, Bildung und Finanzen.

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF im Abenddienst ca. 40 - 60 %

Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie leisten Arbeitseinsätze Montag bis Sonntag von 16:00 bis 21:15 Uhr

(Dienstzeit kann verlängert oder verkürzt werden).

  • Sie arbeiten teamorientiert und führen das Abendteam.
  • Sie übernehmen die Fachverantwortung am Abend für das ganze Haus.
  • Sie begleiten Lernende und Studierende in Berufsausbildungen sowie verschiedene Praktikantinnen und Zivildienstleistende.
  • Sie helfen mit, die Ziele unseres Leitbildes in der Praxis umzusetzen.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie sind eine versierte Pflegefachperson (mit Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten) und bringen Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Sie sind flexibel wie auch belastbar.
  • Sie haben Freude und Interesse an der Betreuung und Pflege von betagten Menschen.
