In unserem Alters- und Pflegeheim ist Sauberkeit mehr als nur eine Aufgabe, denn sie trägt wesentlich zum Wohlbefinden und zur Lebensqualität unserer Bewohnenden bei. Mit deiner sorgfältigen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise sorgst du für eine saubere, hygienische und angenehme Umgebung, in der sich unsere Bewohnenden wohlfühlen können.

Für die befristete Vertretung während eines Mutterschaftsurlaubs vom 1. Januar 2027 bis zum 31. Dezember 2027 suchen wir eine qualifizierte und aufgestellte Persönlichkeit als

Mitarbeiter*in Reinigung 50% (Montag – Freitag jeden Vormittag)

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Tägliche Reinigung und Pflege der Zimmer unserer Bewohnenden
  • Regelmässige Grundreinigung aller Innenräume
  • Reinigung der Büroräumlichkeiten, Nebenräumen und Restaurant
  • Bedienung von Reinigungsmaschinen und -geräten

Du bringst mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hauswirtschaftspraktiker*in EBA oder ähnlich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Unterhaltsreinigung in hygienisch sensiblen Bereichen wie Spitälern, Alters- und Pflegeheimen oder vergleichbaren Einrichtungen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit älteren Menschen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Hygiene- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Teamgeist, gute Umgangsformen und ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenzen
  • Dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Level B2)
