Das Alterszentrum Bremgarten bei Bern ist ein innovativer und familiärer Betrieb mitten im Dorfzentrum. 46 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner finden bei uns ein sympathisches, gepflegtes und sicheres Zuhause. Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Nachtwache (60-100%)

Im Zweierteam - meist bestehend aus einer Pflegefachperson und einer Pflegehilfe - sorgst Du dafür, dass sich unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner auch nachts gut aufgehoben fühlen. Du übernimmst die notwendige Betreuung und Pflege, hast ein offenes Ohr für ihre Anliegen und reagierst aufmerksam auf ihre Bedürfnisse.

Gleichzeitig leistest Du einen wichtigen Beitrag für das Tagesteam und erledigst Arbeiten, die im hektischeren Tagesbetrieb oft zu kurz kommen.

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer/in SRK oder FaGe
  • Die Möglichkeit, sehr selbstständig zu arbeiten und sich mit einem erfahrenen Team auszutauschen
  • Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen und Engagement für die vielseitigen Aufgaben
  • Du hast einen angenehmen, freundlichen Umgangston und bleibst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen ruhig und besonnen
  • Sehr gute mündliche Kenntnisse in Hochdeutsch und das Verstehen von Schweizer Mundart sind Voraussetzung.

Eine sorgfältige und umfassende Einarbeitung ist für uns selbstverständlich.
