Wir gestalten die Pflege von morgen! Bei der Stiftung APW entwickeln wir unsere Pflegeabteilungen weiter und verbinden stationäre Pflege und Spitex zu einem starken, zukunftsorientierten Pflegeangebot. Wir setzen auf Arbeits- und Projektgruppen und bauen Fachverantwortungen gezielt aus. Dafür suchen wir engagierte Persönlichkeiten, die diesen Weg mit uns gehen und aktiv mitgestalten möchten.

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegfachmann HF

Du arbeitest professionell, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und begegnest Menschen mit Herz und Empathie? Dann werde Teil unseres Hofmatt-Teams.

Du übernimmst Tages- und Hausverantwortung und gestaltest die interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit aktiv mit - intern wie extern. Unsere Pflegeabteilungen arbeiten nach dem Bezugspersonensystem, denn persönliche Betreuung zählt bei uns wirklich.

Du pflegst und betreust unsere Bewohner fachgerecht, selbständig und mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen. Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen behältst du den Überblick, pflegst einen professionellen Kontakt zu Angehörigen und begleitest Menschen in ihrer letzten Lebensphase achtsam und würdevoll.
