Das Alterszentrum Kehl bietet in den Bereichen Langzeitpflege mit 68 Plätzen und betreutes Wohnen mit 72 Wohnungen (Inhouse Spitex) älteren Menschen ein individuelles Wohn-, Pflege- und Betreuungsangebot. Die Rechte der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner sind bei uns von zentraler Bedeutung. Diese definieren unser Bestreben, den Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern möglichst viel Raum für Selbstbestimmung, anzubieten.

Zur Ergänzung in unserem Team suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Pflegefachperson HF, DN II, DN I oder FaGe 50-100 %

Sie bringen mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Pflege HF, DN II, oder DN I oder FaGe
  • Fachkompetenz in der Pflege und Betreuung von alten Menschen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Offenheit für Neues, Belastbarkeit, Sozialkompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung und Motivation Lernende FaGe und AGS im Lernprozess zu begleiten
  • Geduld, Freundlichkeit und Empathie für alte Menschen
  • Von Vorteil Erfahrung mit dem Instrument RAI NH
