Die Gemeinde Rümlang grenzt im Süden an die Stadt Zürich. Im Osten ist sie durch den Flughafen Zürich begrenzt, im Norden und im Westen öffnen sich die weiten Landschaften des Unterlandes. Rümlang zählt rund 8‘300 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner aus rund 50 Nationen und befindet sich in einem stark pulsierenden Umfeld. Unser Alterszentrum bietet mit rund 62 Betten für Menschen im ein schönes Zuhause. Für die professionelle und wertorientierte Pflege und Betreuung sind rund 100 Personen aus den Bereichen Pflege, Wäscherei und Reinigung, Technik und Gastronomie zuständig. Wir suchen für das Alterszentrum Lindenhof persofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine kompetente, erfahrene und motivierte Persönlichkeit als

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in der Personal\-Bedarfsklärung und Personalrekrutierung
  • Erstellen von Stellen\- und Funktionsbeschreibungen, Anforderungsprofilen und Stellenausschreibungen
  • Bewerbermanagement und Begleitung bei Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Personaladministration
  • Führen von Eintritts\- und Austrittsgesprächen
  • Beratung und Information von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in personalrechtlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben von Vorteil bereits Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Weiterbildung mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis HR Fachfrau / HR Fachmann
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie besitzen Flair im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Sie sind eine belastbare, flexible und aufgestellte Persönlichkeit
