Im Alterszentrum Zum Wasserturm, auf dem schönen Jakobsberg am Fusse des Bruderholz, ist für unsere Bewohnenden im Pflegeheim sowie auch in der Alterssiedlung, jeder Tag ein einzigartiger Tag. Unsere überschaubare Grösse ermöglicht es, dass wir uns untereinander auch persönlich kennen.

Mit der öffentlichen Cafeteria sind wir ein generationenübergreifender Quartiertreffpunkt.

Als Mitarbeitende sind uns Selbstbestimmung und Würde er Bewohnenden ganz zentrale Anliegen. Möchten auch Sie Teil unseres Teams sein?

Für unser Pflegeheim suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Sie als

Pflegefachperson HF 80% bis 100%

Was erwartet Sie bei uns:

Es erwarten Sie bei uns abwechslungsreiche und interessante Tage, in denen Sie mit Ihrem Fachwissen, Ihrer Empathie, Ihrer Ausdauer und Geduld dazu beitragen, dass unsere Bewohnenden eine professionelle und individuelle Betreuung und Pflege erhalten.

  • Sie helfen mit Ihren Ideen und Vorstellungen mit, dass sowohl Sie sich als Einzelperson und wir uns als Betrieb stetig weiterentwickeln.
  • Sie helfen mit, dass ein wertschätzendes und gutes Arbeitsklima nicht bloss leere Worte bleiben
  • Sie verfügen über ausreichend Humor und eine wohlwollende Grundhaltung.

Sie bringen mit:

  • Ausbildung auf Tertiärstufe II mit Schweizer Anerkennung
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit interRAI LTCF von Vorteil
