About the Role

We are seeking dedicated, experienced Personal Trainers / Fitness Coaches who are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and are committed to building a long-term career in the industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and needs
  • Provide one-on-one and/or small group training sessions with a high level of professionalism and energy
  • Monitor client progress, track results, and adjust programs accordingly
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with clients to ensure retention and success
  • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Maintain a safe and clean training environment at all times
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability, especially during early morning training sessions
  • Uphold company standards for service quality, professionalism, and client care

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of personal training or fitness coaching experience (required)
  • Current nationally recognized personal training certification (must be active)
  • CPR/AED certification (required and must be current)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for helping others succeed in their fitness journey
  • Ability to commit to early morning shifts
  • Seeking individuals who view fitness as a career, not a temporary role
