As a Staff Product Manager, you will operate with significant autonomy, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to solve complex problems at scale. This role is expected to set product standards, influence product strategy across domains, and mentor other Product Managers while driving measurable outcomes aligned with FuzeRx’s mission and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to company goals, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
  • Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business and clinical needs into clear product requirements
  • Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation to ensure solutions solve real user problems
  • Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by clearly articulating tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes using data and strong product judgment
  • Establish and monitor success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), using insights to iterate and continuously improve product performance
  • Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare and pharmacy environments and design scalable, compliant solutions
  • Serve as a product thought leader and mentor, raising the bar for product quality, execution, and decision-making across the Product organization

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex, cross-functional product initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams in agile development environments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and using product metrics to drive decision-making
  • Experience operating in regulated or highly complex domains (e.g., healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms)
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Proficiency with common product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, GSuite)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data, or a related field
  • Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, life sciences, or medication management platforms
  • Experience with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities
  • Proven track record of setting product strategy at the portfolio or platform level
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other Product Managers and contributing to product org maturity

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
