Altodia est un cabinet de conseil en digitale et innovation située à Paris, concentrée sur la réussite de nos clients. L’équipe est composée de spécialistes : Développeurs, Consultants métier, Consultants Digital, Architectes IT, Product Owner, Chefs de Projet, Web-Designers, Expert IA et data et financement d'innovation.

En tant que Consultant(e) junior, vous travaillerez au sein de notre équipe de consultants et serez chargé(e) de fournir des conseils et des solutions à nos clients sur leurs projets digitaux. Vous serez également en charge de la mise en place et de la gestion de ces projets avec l'aide de notre équipe.

Nous recherchons des personnes curieuses, motivées et dotées d'un bon esprit d'analyse. Si vous êtes à l'aise avec les nouvelles technologies et que vous avez un esprit d'entrepreneur, ce poste est fait pour vous !

Nous offrons une formation complète pour vous permettre de vous familiariser avec notre métier et de développer vos compétences en consulting et digital.

Examples de missions selon le profils du consultant digital junior:

- Gestion de projet et/ou Produit pour un Proof of Concept (POC) d'une application web metier. (Du design , Dev au déploiement)

- Designer et Construire des supports de formations (Slides et/ou vidéo)

- Travailler sur Projet d'intelligence Artificiel , Gen AI et Data

- Aider à définir une stratégie Marketing Digital et lancer des campagne marketing (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram etc..)

- Aider au Wireframing et Design D'application web et Mobile selon les besoins business du clients

- Participer à la définition de l'architecture technique d'une application web ou mobile.

Qui êtes-vous ?

Etudiant(e) Bac +5 en école de commerce, université ou école d’ingénieur Vous avez une appétence pour l’univers de la Tech et l'innovation. Votre niveau d’anglais est un prérequis pour évoluer dans un contexte international Vous savez capter l’attention et délivrer un message synthétique et esthétique. Vous souhaitez pouvoir conduire un projet de bout en bout : de l’idée à la livraison Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, vous êtes dynamique, rigoureux(euse) et êtes force de proposition pour la mise en œuvre d’idées innovantes Vous êtes autonome et vous appréciez également le travail en équipe.

Vous tirerez également votre épingle du jeu grâce aux éléments suivants :

  • Connaissance des méthodes projet Agile (Scrum ou SaFe)
  • Connaissance dans l'une de ces solutions cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure)
  • Connaissance en Digital Marketing
  • Connaissance d'un outils de design (Figma , AdobeXD ou autre ....)
  • Connaissance en Développement web ( HTML, CSS, React, NodeJS, Python ou autre ...)
  • Connaissance en IA et/ou Data
