Nous recrutons des Chargés d'Affaires (H/F) en CDI,

basé à Cherbourg (50).

Votre mission

En véritable chef d'orchestre de vos affaires, vous êtes responsable de leur pilotage de A à Z, depuis leur lancement jusqu'à leur clôture, en garantissant les objectifs de Sécurité, Qualité, Coût et Délais.

Vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié de vos clients et coordonnez l'ensemble des moyens nécessaires à la réussite de vos affaires.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené à :

  • Piloter le suivi technique, financier et l'avancement de vos affaires jusqu'à leur réception.
  • Organiser et coordonner les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires à la bonne réalisation des affaires.
  • Sélectionner les fournisseurs et assurer le suivi des prestations de sous-traitance.
  • Superviser les fabrications en atelier, les interventions sur chantier et garantir leur bon déroulement.
  • Réaliser les chiffrages et proposer les solutions techniques adaptées aux évolutions des projets.
  • Développer une relation de confiance avec vos clients et contribuer au développement de l'activité.

Votre profil

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 dans une filière technique (chaudronnerie, mécanique, matériaux, maintenance industrielle…).

Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie en pilotage d'affaires ou en gestion de projets dans un environnement industriel.

Autonome, organisé(e) et doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous aimez coordonner des projets techniques et travailler au plus près des clients.
