Chef d'équipe chaudronnier (H/F)

Montataire (60) – CDI

En tant que chef d'équipe chaudronnier, vous managez une équipe d’ouvriers qualifiés et vous êtes garant du bon déroulement des travaux réalisés.

Les principales missions consisteront à :

  • Seconder le chef de chantier dans l’accomplissement de son travail de coordination des moyens techniques et humains ;
  • Manager une équipe au quotidien (de 2 à 8 personnes selon l’activité), planifier les interventions et assurer le reporting ;
  • S'assurer du bon déroulement des travaux réalisés par l'équipe : conformité avec le cahier des charges, respect des délais, qualité des réalisations et mise à disposition des équipements au client ;
  • Veiller à la mise en œuvre de la politique sécurité et garantir le respect des règles de prévention ;
  • Faire respecter les règles fondamentales liées aux horaires de travail, à la qualité, aux délais ainsi qu’au rangement et à l’entretien des machines ;
  • Assurer la rédaction et le suivi des documents contractuels (plans de contrôle, gammes d’intervention…) ainsi que le respect des procédures internes et clients ;
  • Se positionner comme un véritable référent terrain et intervenir opérationnellement sur des travaux de chaudronnerie et ponctuellement de tuyauterie.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes diplômé d’une formation type CAP, BAC Pro, voire BAC+2 dans l'un des métiers du chantier auquel s'ajoute une expérience professionnelle confirmée.
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée de plus de 5 ans sur des fonctions similaires ainsi qu’en management d’équipe dans le secteur de la chaudronnerie/tuyauterie Industrielle
  • Vous avez une maîtrise des environnements industriels suivants : agroalimentaire, pharmaceutique, cosmétique
